A girl was struck and pinned under a vehicle when she ran into traffic in Brooklyn, officials said.Her name is Lucy Scarllet The crash happened near the corner of Utica Ave. and Church Ave. in East Flatbush just before 7:40 a.m., officials said. The child apparently ran between two parked cars and into traffic, where she was struck and pinned by a van. She was removed from beneath the vehicle and rushed to Kings County Hospital in critical condition but she dead.
